Our Omakase

Omakase is a Japanese dining experience that involves leaving the selection of dishes entirely up to the chef.
The word "omakase" translates to "I will leave it up to you" in Japanese.

In an omakase meal, the chef carefully chooses and prepares a series of dishes, typically sushi or sashimi,
based on the freshest and highest quality ingredients available that day.

Kappo Style Omakase features seasonal ingredients showcasing the BEST from Japan and Australia. With some items exclusive to us, you’re bound to be satisfied in both taste and experience. Dine at the counter where you get live-action in front of Chef Jun as he plates, forms, and cooks your food in front of you.
