Omakase is a Japanese dining experience that involves leaving the selection of dishes entirely up to the chef. The word "omakase" translates to "I will leave it up to you" in Japanese.
In an omakase meal, the chef carefully chooses and prepares a series of dishes, typically sushi or sashimi,
based on the freshest and highest quality ingredients available that day.
